Sri Rama Kids Activity

Kids Ramayana Activities on Saturday, April 26th @ 5 pm.

Register your kids for a fun-filled evening of activities from the Ramayana!

Dress them up as any character in Ramayana: Rama, Sita, Lakshmana, Hanuman, or a member of the Vanara-Sena – we need a large Vanara Sena army to help Rama build the bridge!

Starting at 5.00 pm-

• Sri Rama Katha - Select stories from the Ramayana

  
  

• Sethu Bandhan - The building of Rama Sethu bridge by kids

  
  

• Aditya Hrudayam – Kids (and adults) will be taught this powerful shloka on Lord Surya by the priests

  
  

• Ravan Samhaar – the fall of the mighty king Ravana

  
  

• Ayodhya Prasthan – Victorious procession on Rama, Lakshmana, Sita with Hanuman, from Lanka to Ayodhya

This will be followed by Sri Rama Pattabhishekam ceremony at the Temple, the long awaited coronation of Lord Rama. A special Nritya Seva/dance performance enacting the Sundar Kand, followed by Maha Arati will conclude the evening program.
