Pandit Satish Kumar Nivarthi (Shastri Ji) is a native of Kadapa in Andhra Pradesh and lived in Bengaluru for the many years. He has completed Ashithidhvayam in Krishna Yajur Veda from Vedic school in Palaghat, Kerala as well as Smartham and Shaivagama Pravara. He brings vast experience of working both in Indian temples and as an independent priest for the past many years. He speaks Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and can converse in Hindi and English.
Shastri Ji’s is married to Tejaswini. She moved to Utah in Dec 2018 with their two children including a new born daughter who is 3 months old.
Sri. Satish Devanathan (Devanathan ji)
Priest Satish Devanathan (Devanathanji) hails from Tamil Nadu in India and has been in the US working at various temples for the past eight years. Sri Devanathanji is trained in Divya Prabhandham and Pancharatna Agamam. He previously worked at Guruvayarappan Temple, NJ, Hindu Temple Society in Ohio and recently at Meenakshi Temple in Houston. Sri Devanathanji is fluent in Tamil, Telugu, English and Hindi.
Devanathanji is married to Geetha Lakshmi . They have a daughter Adithi, who is 4 years old and son Athulyan, who is 18 month old.
Sri Balaji is a native of Chennai, Tamil Nadu with over 10 years of experience as Temple Cook. He was a Pachaka at Sri Maha Vallabha Ganapati Temple at Flushing, New York prior to joining our Temple. Sri Balaji was a Temple cook at various Temple and Countries including two years at Sri Venkateshwara (Balaji) Temple, Burmingham, UK and Jeeyar Matt. He started his career in Temple cooking as pachaka for "Pedda Jeeyar Swamy" at Tirumala Tirupati jeeyar Matt for 6 years. He speaks Tamil and English. Balaji is married, and has a daughter who live in India.
